Cool spot in the middle of Texas.
Positive: This complex is very unique. He has interesting design vibes. Very cool spot. Alex was amazing on the communication.
Negative: We had a problem with one unit but Alex was amazing at fixing it. So all good

Positive: We were very impressed with the repurposing of the property. The renovation was thoughtful and stayed true to the property's history. We loved that we got to learn about the Pik Pak's story!

good but cut short
Positive: The location, the bathroom, lack of noise
Negative: The bed was a bit noise if you moved while on it. The couch was worn and dingy. windows in thr bedroom was odd
